I really enjoyed Dreams of Desire, and Shut up and Dance is a close second. It meets 3&4 but i do think the main character has magic dick syndrome. Its not complete yet but theres a ton of amazing scenes for it already.

My new favorite is Straitened Times. If there was a game that had less grind and better scenes that would be my top pick

I have this game on my personal list, but thanks for the warning about magic dick Straitened Times has already been recommended by someone and it's nice that others also recommend it because it can actually be good despite the grind. Somehow I'll get over it when there are hot scenes and not like, for example, in Man Of The House where the grind wasn't rewarding at all

Imouto fantasy. Very engaging game with lots of story and mini fights. It's a slept on game. I don't care for mini RPG in my games but this one was an exception. 9hrs in this game and there's still new stuff to do. H scenes are enjoyable enough and sometimes surprises you. Game rewards you for progressing the story with additional H. But not required.
