I'm looking for an old game. It's a harem game. MC is an adult male. The group MC is part of are stuck on an island or something. He is probably the only male in the group. There is a girl talking behind a big rock. She is in the cave. One of the girls in the group starts talking with her at first and nobody believes her that there is someone behind the big rock. She somehow leaves or escapes the cave later and becomes a love interest for MC. Most of the female cast are on the younger side. There are some milfs too as far as I remember. This game is probably abandoned because I would see the updates otherwise.

Try Our Island. I think it's the game you're looking for. Sadly, it's abandoned though. There was an attempt to remake it by another Dev, but not sure what's happening with that.
