Don't know how you feel about real porn or HTML, but Just One More Chance has a pretty good gameplay loop. It starts a little grindy at first, but as you progress and get achievements and unlock new scenes and interactions you pretty rapidly pick up more and more skills and options.

Long Live the Princess is admittedly a VN, but it has gameplay elements based around using clues to resolve small mysteries around the plot and the girls in order to progress your relationships with them.

Masters of Raana has you building your wealth and powerbase as a local patrician, and in the process gaining access to the women in the game (who you can treat as lovers or broken sex slaves, your choice).

Of Devotion and Despondence handles the main girls more like a VN, but the rest is built around a combination of RPG, sandbox/exploration, and base/party management.

There have been several attempts on the Simpsons, but it seems like they have all been abandoned. Just speculating here, but maybe the creators got a "friendly" reminder about copyrights?
Flintstones and the Jetsons might not be monitore as hard as something that is still "alive and kicking"

If you liked Lab Rats then you should try Take over and Holstein Girls they are pretty similar, there is also Deviant Discoveries this one is abandoned but has a good amount of content and is pretty good

There's a game called "How a Retired Strategist Saved the Country" which is kind of strategy... But, in all honesty, is more like an idle clicker.
But still, there's an element of something there with chosing the buildings to build and the armies to send out.

Not one of your mentioned cartoons, but there's a parody of Rick and Morty from the other site (dunno if LC has it too). The original game is abandoned but has a lot of content.

However.

There's an unofficial Ren'py port (Rick and Morty: Another Way Home) that IMO is one of the best lewd games of all time. Even if it never gets finished, it's already >99% better than any other parody H game out now.
