Lost at Birth, has incest and seems like we are getting pregnancy, prob my fav.
It's not a world for Alyssa, has incest but no pregnancy at the moment. Used to be one of my favs but I don't like the direction the game is taking right now.

Best game ever is really hard as I have played some really great games. At the moment I'm leaning toward Mist by 395Games
If The Seven Realms by SeptCloud or Desert Stalker by Zetan were finished it would be impossible to pick one over the other.
