Lots of games have it. Like most of the middling to hardcore games I play have at least some throat fucking
Strip And Play With Valerie has really good DT animations among others but isn't a renpy story -- you have to play minigames to get to the H scenes.

SuperHeroes Suck
Good story flow, characters. Well written without being emo.
Decent animations.
Open world - a little bit grindy but mostly just scheduling stuff. There's not a bunch of minigames or anything.
Would recommend if open world doesn't put you off

I really like the pacing, in that there's a good amount of H content relative to story flow, and it works with the story.
Story line is pretty good so far (it's only the first chapter) but dialog is mediocre. MC is supposed to be 30+ successful businessman but talks kind of like a 20yo frat boy with incel tendencies. Wife talks out loud like a mom sterotype and thinks but inside voice sounds like another 20 year old frat boy.
Animations and models are pretty good.
Would recommend overall, just not for the dialog.
