raptus makes me concerned for the dev's mental health. someone who can write that kind of story cannot be mentally sound...

to be fair, Raptus scenes are too extreme for your concern. mostly, people fantasy this extreme will be actually fine in real live.
meanwhile, Hardlove has a real and detail domestic abuse description make you actually wonder if the dev have witnessed such trauma..

For some reason I don't enjoy games with honey select models.
It seems I am in a tiny minority, since nearly everyone loves HS style games.
Is it just me or do all models from Honey Select look almost the same?

I agree. I stopped playing games with HS2/Koikatsu models way back as they do nothing for me.
I regards to they all look the same. Yep, they all look like crap.
