If you are looking for a long and branching story, try "Shattered" by Yeda. It has over 20 GB pretty quality renders by now. But the MC is more of a Sissy than Futa I guess. Nontheless imho itś worth a try as itś written pretty well for an adult game.

Futa only, or is trans acceptable? If trans is ok, then Confusion is good.
Futagenesis Revealed looks promising and has some good content, but is still very early in its dev cycle. I enjoyed MDD: Futa Desires as well.

I'll throw another vote to Confusion, an excellent game for this rare genre that is futa/trans protagonists.
