I don't like to play favorites, but there are a few games that stick with me :
I love the reconnecting family vibe from Light of my Life (Ren'Py with 3D renders with an uncommon art style)
I'm quite fond of the horror vibe of Pact with a witch (Ren'Py with 2D drawings with an uncommon art style)
I admire the complexities & wide variety of fetishes in College Daze (... html Twine game with very common real porn pics & vids)

Honorable mention goes to Katawa Shoujo, which doesn't really have enough sex scenes to qualify as an adult game, but roped me into the world of visual novels anyway.

There was a series of games by a German dev, but can't think of them now.

--Just remembered... Panic Attack by Blondie Bear.

Malignant, all the Blondie Bear games and Enslaver series from Milo Haze are just great and bizarre, my top ones.

But one that probably is my favorite is ATM Adventure. What a crazy fucking masterpiece!
