Of what is remember and wait for updates there is pokeslut an renply vn with misty, dawn, may and the rival from scarlet/violet but pretty short, then the other one is like cultivation but sticks with the pixel art style and in development limbo but it is not here so i will only give a hint to its name, l***mon, and let things lay where they have FALLEN

Superhuman is pretty good and has one of the most interesting stories ive seen in an adult game. Superpowered also isn't bad for the scenes if you cheat through the whole thing. Villain's legacy has some nice art.

One of my recent favorite games right now is Size Me Up which has barely gotten any updates but the dev is still working hard on it & will be focusing on it too & the other one I really like is Summertime Saga because of nostalgia

Female Agent (yeah, I know, bite me).

There really are a vast number of games that I am leaving out, both finished and unfinished.
I hate RPGM, but Claire's Quest hits quite a few sweet spots for me (she could look younger, though).
Dreams of Desire is good (and finished)
