I'm surprised no one's mentioned My New Family here. It is very heavy on incest, but you impregnate over a dozen characters, and while the game ends before any of them carry their pregnancy to full term, many are noticeably pregnant towards the end. Iirc the author is planning a sequel that takes place about 18 years later, so I can only imagine that it will delve even further into inbreeding.

Tales From The Unending Void as far as I remember there isn't any breeding in it yet, but in some of the more recent updates you have talks with many of the love interests about if you should try to get pregnant, and there is a pregnancy tracker for nearly all of them. There is also some side content where it lets you have sex with already pregnant women as well.

Book 2 of four elements trainer has a good bit of breeding. I think Book 4 might as well if you do a certain path.

There are no such games. Accordingly, there is nothing to say about the scenes either. I don't see any new Shakespeares or Kubricks among the developers. In general, the level of developers is the level of fanfic authors.

Now you've got me trying to picture a Kubrick Harem Hotel or Mythic Manor. wtf would that look like?
