As far as i know because of an ongoing battle with credit card payment processing companies like Mastercard and Visa dlsite decided to block access to most of it's problematical games outside of japan. I have not tried but i think you can access the game page with a japanese vpn or proxy.

Edit: Yes a simple proxy works.

By the way game is a bit repetitive but has good animations.

Also I find Japanese games pretty fun, the lack of tutorials leads to a bit of a learning curve But the animations are good no anal though =(
