As far as i know because of an ongoing battle with credit card payment processing companies like Mastercard and Visa dlsite decided to block access to most of it's problematical games outside of japan. I have not tried but i think you can access the game page with a japanese vpn or proxy.

Edit: Yes a simple proxy works.

By the way game is a bit repetitive but has good animations.

There was another game that sounded just like this desc-wise. You "collected" data on girls to get access to them, and you traded other people access to girls you already knew about so "they" could do the same thing you are. Which... to me sounded like you are helping other dudes creampie the girls you are about to poke. It could have just been bad translation, or just bad plot thinking, but it annoyed me. IS this the same game, or same thing but in a diff game?
