That's the sort of shit where ones I patron would get dropped. Did it when one added unwanted futa. Also if it requires a restart after a certain length of playtime.

Did they also remove the voiced characters because they were AI and there was a complaint. It was quite jarring to go from voiced, to having to read the text again and have to imagine the voiced. So they remove voice, remove visual novel. What is left? Why not focus on keeping it a visual novel, with a story and chapters and hire voice actresses. Whatever dev team they handed off to have made a butcher's job out of everything, but sex scene animations. But its in 4K did you notice its in 4K. Its sucks balls but at least in 4K.

Also no import of choices. It asks you one or two very lame questions, and then off to sandbox shit land. All that development about the characters father, developing relationships with the girls gone. Now multiple choice answer pick the one with the most points for the girls favor but not always the highest point lead to a sex scene. Random events with MC friend for certain stupid score, and only ten days to unlock all scenes with all girls in gallery.

The way last seasons cliff hanger was handled was ridiculous.

There is zero story, the girls have no personality anymore. It's just rote to unlock random sex scenes. Game went from a solid 7 or 6 if you want to be more critical. Season 3 is a one star. Only the renders of sex scenes are still of the same quality, but that's not a game. Sex scenes are not a visual novel, they are an element of a visual novel. It's like making a cake completely out of frosting.

Watch it end up being a DIK clone. That game also lost me on minigames and sandbox.

These most recent comments really have me rethinking playing S2 and S3. I enjoyed S1 (picked it up on Steam way back when), so as several others said, it would be disappointing to see the quality fall off a cliff the rest of the way after a good start.

Yeah, I agree. I'd much rather have a "complete edition" or something like that where all the "seasons" are combined into a single game and playthrough. It's especially frustrating if they don't have some mechanism to pull your choices from one season to another. That's supposed to be a big selling point on "choices matter" games, but if the save doesn't carry over to the next season, at best, you get asked about certain key issues that you may or may not remember what you did in your playthrough.

This version did a MAJOR dick move - the sudden end to main screen without a warning. And since it doesn't have autosaves, that means restarting from last save. The decent thing to do is a simple "roll back and save" screen before that. And easy to do, too.

I haven't played the last two updates since the sandbox. To be honest the game turned to shit when it was no longer a visual novel. It's like they farmed the game out to some third-rate team. Even the renders if at all decent, who cares there is no story anymore. A choice based novel with actual characters they try to make you fall for, or have idiosyncrasies like people. No, sandbox fuck it all and fuckfest. With no point if you can be bothered to unlock everything. There are a million other sandbox games with Renpy and Daz models.
