This game is one of the best, has very good 2d art + lots of content. That's a rare combination, but it's generally more VN than a real game and sometimes pretty tedious as a consequence.

I haven't played it, but considering it's still being updated and no source for the game says it's complete, my opinion is that it's not finished. If you want to play the complete version, you're better off waiting a long time.

Honestly, this type of game is both enjoyable and frustrating, because on the one hand they're adding a lot of quality content, but on the other hand, adding so much content makes us eagerly await its completion, and on top of that, they're also working on another game, 18 Titans. I don't know if this game will be released first, or if GTAVI will.
