Ok, now...so I'm confused, but just a little this time, I think.

If I understand this correctly, you are saying that to use your "Walkthrough Mod", we "HAVE" to download "Unren"? This is a "program", correct? Would we also have to "keep" it on our computer for as long as we want to play this game using your "Mod" (including future Game versions)?

If those "assumptions" are "not" correct, and what you are describing as "Unren" is "just" a "file", then please just let me know it is a "file only", and I understand. You can then just skip to the "last 2 sentences" below. If those "assumptions" "are" correct, that would mean that I would have to download something I might not want to and will probably never use for anything else.

When adding a "Walkthrough Mod" for a Game, I don't normally have to download "Unren", have "Unren" already on my computer, and use "it" to be able to "use" a "Walkthrough Mod".

Is there any way for us to get the "Game download PC files" in the OP with your "Walkthrough Mod" already "included", and/or at least your "Walkthrough Mod" itself, with the "additional steps" already "done", without having to download "an additional program" (Unren)?

Before anyone suggests that I might be able to "delete the Unren Program" after I used it this "one time" (possibly), please don't. I am asking if the "downloading of Unren" and then a "possible deleting" of the "Unren program" after, can be avoided? I am also not asking for "more directions" on how I can do what has been given already, as I do think I already understand what I would have to do. I am asking if there is a way that I can "avoid" the additional steps I don't normally have to do when adding a "Walkthrough Mod" to a Game, and/or adding another program onto my computer.

Please don't get me wrong! If everything that you described is something I "HAVE" to do if I want to use your provided "Walkthrough Mod", then I will gladly do what I have to, and I will be VERY happy that it is available to all of us!

It is just any time I can avoid doing what I will call "computer technical stuff", the BETTER things are for me.

To answer your question, "file only". You only have to use UNREN once. And, it's included in the .zip file. (the second step in the description)

After you have used the ".bat" file. You don't have to use it again.

This game is coming along nicely - very enjoyable. Always good to see a MC unselfishly doing his bit for those less fortunate than himself.

Me, "complicated", no. I would say it is about "extra things I do not know about" and would take the time to learn what they are and how to use them, before I let the "basically" do "the thing for you".

Just think about the people that don't know "anything" about computers except the "very basics" of "use" and not "modifying" things (YES, they do exist!). Then the "simple" for some, becomes "complicated" for others. The language used, words used, and the way things are worded by "computer knowledgeable" people, are "not" "always" known by "everyone" (my words).

I totally agree. But by calling things hard/difficult/complicated, you also put up invisible walls for your self. I was only trying to open a door by saying, "hey! It's not as hard as you might think it is".
I apologize if I came of as if I was talking down to you. That was not at all my intention.
I love learning new stuff. And I also don't mind helping other if they are willing to learn. ^^

I started typing out a much longer explanation but stopped my self. To see if you wanted/needed more help.

Sure, if you want to be technical, I can agree with 3. (But I would still call those three, one step. Since it's part of the same process)
I would not count learning as an extra step, since you hopefully only have to do it once. And you also get the level up bonus from "knowledge achieved!"

As for your second question, hard to say. We will probably have to wait for the dev to respond. Could be a lot of different reasons.
But if you got it to work. At least, you won't have this problem next time, if this will continue to be a thing. Since "knowledge achieved!"

i havent unren any of the games for mods in years and even then wasnt necessary, with this one works just fine without it

what ever is extracted files or images in unren takes priority, unless you care about double space it take aka images, there is no point in unpacking for mods, at least i never bother and always works.

Are you saying that I don't have to do anything different than I normally do?

I just download the Mod, unzip it, and then put the files into the "Game" folder, like usual? And then it will work like unusual?

yep, just extract as usual and you should be good. i was. tho with latest version you might have to wait for mod to get updated.

Yeah never needed a mod, You've need to be brain-dead to mess up the few choices in the game.

As said already say yes to every smol and you'll have no problems.

Anyway off to download and play the latest update.
