[Kernist]

I think it was Incest Story from ICSTOR.

[HeadpatPerv]

The story of Oedipus when studying Greek history and religion.

The Guardian, not my favorite, but was the first.

School classmate bragging about banging his cousin. Apparently it was just convenient and felt good/fun. This is like early to mid teens if I recall.
He was also caught fucking the family dog tho so the cousin thing was not exactly a surprise. Pretty sure he ended up in one of those "special" schools a while later.
Possibly a distant relation to Conzi come to think of it

My, huh, ?15yo very attractive cousin with twintails "seduced" me at 13. That would do it

It was Stepmother's Sin hentai. Introduced me into the world of incest, which I was initially repulsed by.

If we're talking stories in general, probably The Bible. If we're talking porn, it's hard to be sure but I'd guess Robozu.

[Karamchad]

I heard that the visual novel Coffin of Andy and Leyley is a masterpiece of storytelling.

Summertime Saga was one of the first games with incest that i played, although in general our radio stations would have those dramas with crazy stories and it was there i first heard of incest.

Or to even to get much earlier my relatives would often retell stories of incestual marriages resulting in scaled and deformed kids and how if two related people get married their wedding will be cursed with thunder.

[Dario]

Man of the House

[Hexborn_Magus]

I believe my first was RaTe Jiru

Hawaii (1966) movie.

It was Sisterly Lust, which happens to be one of the top quality AVNs, while also being completed. I guess that raised my tolerance for this nonsense a bit. But I still prefer games without incest.
