Summertime Saga was one of the first games with incest that i played, although in general our radio stations would have those dramas with crazy stories and it was there i first heard of incest.

Or to even to get much earlier my relatives would often retell stories of incestual marriages resulting in scaled and deformed kids and how if two related people get married their wedding will be cursed with thunder.
