I think my first crush was Yuffie from FFVII, then Gwen from Total Drama, and Raven from Teen Titans.

Oh man, for Cartoons mine is a weird one lol, Cartoon character would be Cassie from Dragon Tales.

Anime was Konata Izumi from Lucky Star and Evangeline A.K. McDowell from Negima! Plus various Pokemon and Digimon.

And for videogames I have 4, Krystal Fox from Star Fox Adventures, Kairi from Kingdom Hearts 1, Carmelita Fox from Sly Cooper and finally Orta from Panzer Dragoon Orta.
