What do you mean late? These endings are DLCs in fact. For some mainstream games, DLCs are being developed for years after the main game is published.

Late, in the meaning that the game is now over for a while and I really don't feel involved as I should have been with these endings immediatly available with the final version.

You don't have to play them the cannon ending is been implemented first and there is a sequel already going on, The other endings are the the fans of particular girls / kinks. If you don't "feel involved' - move on.
BTW this is the second most asked question in AVN forums (the first one "Is there NTR in this game" ).
People just don't get the idea of DLCs regarding AVNs, but fine with them in the mainstream games. Basically, the Devs can continue this game forever if the fans ask for that, every time replacing the final picture of each ending with new content.

In season 3 you have 2 main routes. One is NTR and the other is non NTR.

yeah but the non-ntr route has less spicy scenes with the MC. I know about the ending of week 3, I just don’t know about other parts of week 3 (because I don’t want to play week 3 if it’s going to be ntr focused)
