Does racing count as a genre nowadays? Rps and fps. ive platinum every fallout game on console so that's probably where my love comes from.

RPG Games from Bethesda like Skyrim, Star Field, and a bunch more. I don't see the use of playing a game without quests or some sort of story line. I did play some openworld games in the past but found out it is just grinding and grinding and grinding the same quests or materials etc. SO I like to stick to games with a good story line.

Postapocalyptic RPGs with large worlds for exploration. Yeah, Fallout.

I started up Fallout 4 about 18 months ago (late to it because didn't have the hardware) and have put in about 2000 hours over those 18 months. Actually, I have problems leaving it because I'm used to the engine now and feel reluctant to getting used to another game engine.

But Cyberpunk 2077 is up next. I also have Skyrim laying somewhere but I'm not sure I can get into the fantasy thing, at least not right now. And I have a laarge backlog of games. I tend to wait a few years and then buy games discounted (strongly recommend the site isthereanydeal.com).

Grand strategy. I attribute my incest awakening to CK2. Next up would be CRPG and then roguelike. I do enjoy open-world RPGs but nothing has quite scratched the itch like The Witcher 3.

I like open-world games with a bit of freedom. Lately I've been playing a lot of simulators to pass the time. The only game genre I really don't like is fps

RPGs or FPSs are my favorite, though I'll play pretty much anything except RTS games. Roguelikes are pretty high on my list too.

I only play first person shooters and dating simulator games. My Steam library is very strange. I haven't tried Hell Divers 2 yet because I don't like third person.

Rpgs and sandboxy open worlds. Saints Row used to be a favorite.

Man open world games kind of went way down hill since GTA5. That Saints Row remake was an abomination and live service games have turned enjoyable open world gameplay into grind-a-thons for little to no gain.
