My favs are Cat girls or any sort of Beast kin girls, dragon girls, vampires.
A slime girl would be a fun choice. especially like most slimes you see in anime there wouldn't be much need for cleaning up because if they can dispose of anything you don't want while being harmless to you.

Not sure if they count as 'monster' girls exactly but for alt fictional race of character I really like Au Ra in FFXIV. Harpies are also up there, pretty cool and a bit more rare to see than the usual catgirls/bunnygirls (although I'm generally a fan of most non-insect monster girls).
