Favorite type would be any 'beastkin' monster girl.

Which is a pretty large category for anything that is a mix of beast and girl. So inclusive to catgirls, doggirls, wolf girls, centaurs, cow girls, meremaids, lizard girls, etc etc etc.

Sadly that would exclude 'fey' monster girls like fairies, orcs, goblins, dwarves, elves, demons, and giants though which is a bit sad since that would be my next choice.
