most MC's are as exciting as cardboard but if i had to choose. the one from Once in a lifetime. it was the first time i had actually laughed out loud at an AVN

Maybe Hail Dicktator? In general I want to self-insert, so the more memorable a MC is, the less I like them. Makes a thread like this a bit of a catch 22 for me: any MC that's memorable enough for me to mention is too memorable and therefore can not be mentioned.

I like the Genie from Akabur's games. He's such a goofy ahh character, one of the very few times I laughed while playing a porn game was due to some of his situations, but boy did you make me rack my brains to remember ANY of the male MCs. Not only are most of them extremely forgettable, but I'm also more of a female MC type of guy.

My favorite male MC is Rance from the Rance series. Very funny and reminds me of me in attitude and almost always does what I want in the story.
