Could do a poll, sure. but as I read through, the general preference is either brother-sister (if age gap is a problem) or father-daughter (if age gap is preferred), with mother-son in the top 3.

Looking at the poll got me thinking.
The mother-son (and others like this) setup is probably less preferred because people think of it as young son MC and milfy mother. And that may be not as appealing, boring, etc. But what if son is 30-35 years old? What if MC has a sexy 50ish milfy mom, and a teen daughter?
