if you are okay with some abandoned games for harem reluctant archon is really good for what is there, and off the record as well (neither will probably ever be finished so avoid if you dont want to be blue balled on endings for eternity).

and i would also suggest pretty much every game by Talothral ( sorcerer, Terminus reach 1&2 and his new game.) the art is def not for everyone but pretty much all his stuff is fantastic.

I'd have to say my favorite incest/harem AVN right now is The Rose Garden Trilogy by Lockheart. The first one is A Petal Among Thorn. The second one is A Moment of Bliss. Both are complete. The third that is currently being worked on is Over The Moon. I adore these AVNs!

Photo hunt, though it's not really family focused per se, but it does a great job with the harem aspect for now. Mist kinda falls into the same place as there is the sister, and the game is a harem, but it's not incest focused.
Maybe Such sharp pain would be a better choice, there is no game more focused on incest and harem building (and lolis) more than that one, and it's pretty good
