For SFW, definitely Kenshi. I love the world, grind, the freedom, and even the jank. It's such a unique game, and has a great modding scene.

For NSFW, I'm split between three. How to Raise a Happy NEET was the first NSFW game I played, and while I don't think it's the best, it's still special to me. Degrees of Lewdity probably beats it out though. I never thought I'd enjoy an HTML game, but the open world and characters are so interesting that I keep coming back for another playthrough every few months. I'm a bit hesitant to include this last one because I've only just started playing it, but Dohna Dohna has high potential to become my favorite. The art style, music, and voice acting are incredible. I never imagined I'd find anything that high quality in an NSFW game.

For SFW, my favorite game is Ender Lilies because of its story and incredible soundtrack.
The music is some of the best I've ever heard, and it perfectly matches the game's beautiful and emotional atmosphere.

It's hard to say because I have so many games I love, but if I were to pick a definitive one...Chrono Trigger. Still one of my favorite JRPGs of all time, I still replay it and never get tired of it. It's solid proof that a good game stays good, no matter how much time has passed.

For NSFW, I'd say Naive Girl Ilvina (+ its sequel Illy and Sophie), Noelle Ganbarimasu and Ambrosia.

Yesyesyes. There's really nothing like it. I'll make it my life's work just to evangelize DoL. But not too much because I don't want the antis to notice...
