I would say The Guardian, Alyssa, Radiant, Corrupted love, Such a sharp pain and Malignant. Cant wait for someone to crack good AI renders in this category.

I had one game till they ruind it because the new artist the dev hired and..things.
But now...i would say four elements trainer but I know a game that is more focused on it.
Heck it even got a YouTube video made on it by a YouTuber. I am still disappointed (but happy) he skipped all of my posts. I think he might be a splatoon fan since thats all i posted in the image section. My rank or whatever was given to me had the n word in it so that could also be why.
DMF's The lewdest House. Go check it out. He also does commissions when he has time. He does the art and programming while Cat (idk their name outside of the discord) does the writing. I remember one vtuber VA on pomf live streamed the game some year(s) ago.
Its on f95 so i know there shouldn't be a problem talking about it here.

So many smol games (and their devs) have fallen by the wayside thanks to fucking white knights who can't let anybody enjoy something they themselves don't like in peace just because their tiny brains think it makes the baby Jesus cry or some shit. 
Malignant would have been the GOAT if Deaufosse hadn't taken his toys and gone home. Burned was good too.
One Summer in Loliwood is the co-GOAT to Malignant, because that one was actually finished and was absolutely unapologetic about being about lolis!
I played a lot of Blackheart games for a while until the shared universe metaplot crap started weighing everything down and making everything hella convoluted.
Such a Sharp Pain was good but would have been even better without all the shota mommyfucker crap (no shade to those that like it, I just don't) which I felt compelled to play through anyway because of the backstory and character development (and points to various stats).
And of course Proud Father...and we all know how that one ended.
Currently, Found in Translation has just one or two more updates. And it has loli (well, hebe) pregnancy!
Libertine is another good one, if you can get past the Koikatsu engine used for the art.
Radiant has beautiful girls but takes waaaaaaaaaaay too fucking long to update.
The Daddy Plan is a good one too. Bro goes from a long dry spell to a harem mostly composed of his own eager daughters in a short amount of time!
There are others but those ones are most top-of-mind.

Hmm, easy to say Lost Life as the top, even as the slow updates were gotta admit Tokiko were really adorable.
Of course the one that really surprised me was Hizashi no Naka no Real when I first played it, got everything I like in a game.
Those two would be my top.
