Well i really like Summertime Saga it fits in that category but it's been more than 2 years since the last update.
There is also Urban Demons, Insexual Awakening and S.H.E.L.T.E.R. - An Apocalyptic Tale, this last one doesn't have animation

SHELTER was fun, but I felt like it ended kind of abruptly. Summertime Saga and Insexual were fun though.

I played the hell out of summertime saga before they added pregnancy. I'm not sure i'm up to playing it again. How long would you say until you start to see the pregnancy scenes? I think i stopped playing when it was first introduced to the aunt i think.
