Dad/Daughter is the apex to me but I'm pretty sure that's because it was my first exposure to the genre. Mother/Daughter feels a bit better IMO but Dad/Daughter fills the soul.

There are barley any generational incest games... unfortunately...
MC would need some magic shenanigans though to make it work without aging and dying before the good part starts...
Something like MC being a god that breeds his pantheon of family members and then the daughters he has with them?
I don't think there is a game that satisfies this very special incest kink...

I think God Life could be heading in that direction. Right now its just the MC and daughters though.
