DMD was my first and I was really involved, in CH 1 everything is well thought out, the romance, the tension, but over time you realize that the writing is a letdown. No 18-year-old girl would be so naive. The graphics have improved over the years, but the plot has stagnated.

Parental Love is the best, simple and effective.
Such a Sharp Pain is the GOAT rn

Corrupted Love is a great game, daughter, stepdaughter, adopted daughter...
Another good one is the saga of A Petal among Thorns, a Moment of Bliss and the current Over the Moon, I don't remember developer's name.
My new Daughter's Lover Reboot. Not your actual daughter but a very good bond between the protagonists.
Lost at Birth is recent but one of the best games in F-D stuff.
Foreseeable Family has an intriguing story is looking pretty good! Same for She Is My Precious.
These are the ones that I remember right now and are ongoing.
