Tales from the Unending Void and Desert Stalker are both amazing games that have incest content, but no loli content. However, in TftUV the incest is a bit bland; and in Desert Stalker it's also a bit subdued to the world-building choice that it is perfectly normal. In both cases, the games are great because of plot, world-building and graphics design, not because they do the incest extraordinarily well.

I'd probably pick Reunion for adult-only game where the incest is done very well. It focuses on a father reuniting with his daughter who was adopted at birth, and overall has a rather realistic plot. Ending could have been better, though.
