As for the original question, or rather, to deviate slightly from it, I am very much enjoing The Assistant by backhole. While you aren't related to any character in game, you can promote/force incest between cousings plus daughter-niece.

I did not necessarily play this, so it cannot confirm it 100 % - sometimes I brazenly copied the descriptions out of the comments :

- Midlife Crisis: But I believe that the daughters are already corrupt and that nothing of the mother is shown here (is actually abandoned?)
- But I'm the Bad Guy: Here the same -> Here is the daughter more corrupt than the mother.
- Search A Sharp Pain: To be honest, I can't remember any specific scene. In MACY, however, I know that the daughter is encouraged for sex, but nothing is shown so far (no further updates)
- The Guardian: probably with Lilith (and Later, the other girls) Teaching Their Daughters.
- Apocalypse: I can confirm
- Grandma's House: I know that there is a mother-daughter scene. But I'm no longer sure if the mother has the daughter corrupt. I don't think so.

Best Sister and Mom is "Monkey Business" and I will not be convinced otherwise. Less so of a harem game, though.
The Visit was also top tier.
Desert Stalker is good.
Power Vacuum can be okay at times, if you can stand the humor.
