Photo hunt, though it's not really family focused per se, but it does a great job with the harem aspect for now. Mist kinda falls into the same place as there is the sister, and the game is a harem, but it's not incest focused.

Maybe Such sharp pain would be a better choice, there is no game more focused on incest and harem building (and lolis) more than that one, and it's pretty good
