I enjoyed the show, but am disappointed that they are continuing the trend of the setting not meaningfully changing despite 200+ years passing.

I'll be upfront and admit I'm biased. I enjoy the games ten times better then the Tv series. That's not the shows fault it's just that every time something based
off games, books, and comics gets adapted it's never the same. Just look at the latest Dune movies, they are not true to the books but the directors version.

You can also tell they have to make it watchable for non-fans who never read, watched, or played the games as well.

THIS! I honestly don't appreciate such adaptions, games are games, adapted movies/series are living their own life and having enough of the plot holes

Joking aside. I personally will not compare games to movies. The entire format is totally different. If FO movie is decent then it will succeed. Sadly, some/a lot of games converted to movies can often be very difficult and not have the same effect, but this is just how movies and games are made with totally different tech and skills. Even with CGI, its very difficult to replicate a game unless you convert it as a gaming movie, which is totally dumb and boring IMO. Naa, I feel with FO movie, it seems worth watching and I hope it has a lot of similarities, but not expect to be at all like a gaming experience.

Show is mediocre at best and the characters and humor suck.
Also I am so fucking sick of no civilization.
This is fucking 200+ years later do you think humans can't fucking build civilizations.

We should be at post-post apocalypse. Jesus fucking Christ Fallout 1 had rebuilding of civilization.
Mad Max was during a crisis and the bombs didn't fall until the time between Mad Max 2 and 3

Show was good, but far from great. The way they handled the NCR was a little sad though.
