it was pretty decent all things considered. Like everyone else I've also revisited 3 & New Vegas (The Tale of Two Wastelands mod is fantastic btw). Thinking on pulling the trigger on 1 & 2 when I've finished my New Vegas playthrough.

What the fuck are you talking about? There has always been a wide variety of characters in Fallout.

Don't get your white knight chainmail twisted. The character relationships were obviously casted this way. Bethesda and the partner production companies follow these initiatives as they state it cleary on their site, and have in the past. It's a private company and can do with the IP what they want. "But-but-but... you're not allowed to read, watch and-and... nnnnnnnotice things ". You're welcomed to site similar character relationships from the actual Fallout game(s) source material. I'm sure you'll find tonnes of relative comparisons, annnnnnd go!

I've watched the first 4 episodes, I've enjoyed it. Not a fan of following different threads. I wish they picked a character to focused on and revolved everything from that POV. I know that they cross paths and so on, but not a fan of the multiple PoV take.

Walter Goggins always awesome and Ella Purnell doing a great job. I don't know if Aaron Moten improves as the series goes on, but man he sucks balls early on. At the very least his character does, couldn't care less about him.

Yeah this is my biggest gripe too, but also for TV shows and books in general. I just can't connect to any characters when the PoV revolves constantly

When i talk to people who don't know fallout I say that it's a great Western set in the post-apocalypse.

Only good thing to come out of this show is that MS is forcing Bethesda to seek outside studios to fast-track more games.

Seriously as it stands we wont see Fallout 5 till sometime in the 2030's if Bethesda had there way.

I watched it, it was fine. I enjoyed Shogun a lot more, though.

Shogun was really good. I'm a little bummed that thats the entire story like... I want more it was so good. But i guess thats how good stories are, they end leaving you wanting more.

I haven't watched the series myself, just lots of reactions to it. I've never played the games, so I can't/won't judge them on that. But the show seems fun. I could definitely see how some fans of the games wouldn't like it though.

It made me want to try playing the games for the first time

I hope to see it. i will love to, as FO games are about my best favorites, so, it looks really cool movie. I hope they didn't make an ass of it.
