You can use the unity auto translator mod which uses Bepinex, that's how I beat the game and got the true ending

Game's not bad. a little grindy at the start but got the true ending on first play through at about 1hr and 30 minutes.

Low enhancement flluid is gettiing the yellow/top bar maxxed out during extraction
Intermediate is making her cum once
Advanced is making her cum consecutively before the gray bar fully decays

Doesn't seem to be a time limit either so thats nice.

True ending is getting the Tool shop keeper quest all ccomplete which will then let you talk to the guild girl to allow you to make holy water. use that on the fairy and she's no longer cursed
I didn't test what happens if you don't have affection below 100 so just to be safe get her affection to level 100 before curing her from the curse and then just proceed to pay off your debt. make ambrosia give it to her and voila. True end

Yes. I got it working in Windows but Linux is still a wash.
