well they did that just to be safe. that could have escalated and could potentially nuked the whole site later.

well there are some really great AI gens, it depends on if you are making basic gens or art.

my PFP is an AI gen
I agree an outright ban is excessive, but I wish moderation was a little bit better. There is so much slop burying the gems.

Most posters here are missing the main point.

"""clearly featuring photo-realistic extreme content"""

They were sharing underage looking content that was "photo-realistic".
They had to cracked down on it or the site would have been banned.

no one would miss f95 if it vanished, it would be replaced by 10 other sites the next day scooping in on their million a year in ad revenue.

Nobody likes F95 anyways, just forget about that site and let the site die out slowly, alternatives that will appear can't really get worse

From what I saw, rule 7 only applies to Loli; as far as I stayed on the site, Shota was allowed. ⁱʳᵒⁿⁱᶜᵃˡˡʸ
It's just very inconsistent. There are games with openly posted loli patches that are fine to stay up. And some text based games with clear loli content.
It reminds a bit of Steam with their inconsistent moderation of "unacceptable content". And the same how once you get in the door, it's easier to keep going.

The people running the site are all a bunch of cunts. They like making the rules vague enough they can enforce them or not on a game/post on a whim. They like to call anything they don't like "off topic"

And their ABYSMAL April Fools Joke was total Shit! Missed half of the posts yesterday, and I'm not going to re-read every post from Tuesday to see what I missed. I kinda think they are i "suicide" mode.

one day..it will become normal for the vast majority of people to be able to accept the difference between realistic , and real. between fantasy, and reality. ..... one day....

I doubt ill live long enough to ever see it at this rate though.
AI realistic 'art' literally come from real people though, so that bridge will always be there. Also you know that and that's why you like more realistic content, because it is much closer to the real thing. The barrier should be very clear and if something is 100% made with assets/custom textures/morphs etc that has nothing 'real' then it should be threated as fictional content, kinda what I do, but even my content is not threated as fictional content, DeviantArt banned my account because they said I use real people and they have stricter rules for that and I literally use nothing 'real'. Everything was made inside the 3D software and even the skin/textures I edit them myself.

It was dumb. I didn't even know it was a joke until I saw this yesterday. I thought something there was fucked up.

They're in full on Gestapo mode there lately. Basically anything they don't like is "off topic."
Haha yeah. I've seen it happen (and also happening to me) plenty of times that just theorizing about future events based on given hints in the game was "off topic". Even showing (ingame) pictures of your favorite girl(s) is sometimes considered off topic.

Then again, there are at least 2 threads (GH and My Dorm) that go offtopic extremely often with it being just fine.

It's almost as if they're deciding what's on-topic or not by simply flipping a coin :ROFLMAO:

Or even just mentioning another game. Like one where a LI gets killed off saying something like "didn't the dev learn anything from Acting Lessons?" Even if it's part of a larger review. A bunch of cunts. And not nice ones, like ones on a 40 something whore who charges a dime and has every STD known to man plus a really ripe yeast infection. And it smells like a can of tuna left open in a hot attic for a decade.

just mentioning another game.
Just like here, the "General" sub-forum is one of my regular stops. Used to be that once in a while, people would ask for "recommendations", get one or two replies, and the thread would die on it's own. But I got a LOT of good games from this.

Now morphet, or something like that, pounces immediately with a "use the proper forum" message, killing any convo before it starts.

In the past they've moved such threads, but they had to do it so often that currently they just close it with that remark.
Imo that isn't too bad, it's not as if the right forum is hard to find there in this case.

Valid point, I guess. I read "my" threads, (sorted by newest), everyday, so when those type threads quit showing up, I just assumed the died into the older pages.

It's okay for me, never did anything like that but I'm wondering how they've noticed these in the DMs. Seems like they were looking into DMs which would be a no-go for me. Maybe they just filtered through file size and noticed a huge amount of big files in DMs or so. But still a nogo

I just found out this morning that they banned Vortex cannon's "Last Man" because it requires an internet connection. Uh... Yeah, and it required an internet connection BEFORE F95 ever existed? I used to get it from "Shark's Lagoon", but quit when he made saving only available on his site. It was pretty damn good 'til then.

Ironically, the same exact thing from the OP was done here a few days back. AFAIK there's now nowhere for that sort of thing.

And yet they still allow games like Jason: Coming of Age. Sure, its static renders aren't realistic, but the models in almost all of its animations are (at least for me) hard to differentiate from real people.
