That's actually really weird as Microsoft Defender is one of the AVs that VirusTotal tests against, plus it didn't trip on my dev machine that runs MS Defender. Well better safe than sorry, and running it in a disposable VM is always better than running it on your host machine.

It has to do with installing English translation patch. I think when I played it the game was is Englsih so it was probably left over from whoever added the English patch to it.

How to install the English patch*********
Open the file beatpatcher.exe
2) Click apply patch
3) Select the translation patch.bps
4) Select the data.win
file 5) Create a new folder save the file as data.win name
6) Take the data.win that was in the new folder just now and overlay it into the main
game 7)
