I went back and looked at the post dates on Pixiv. It looks like this Dev is going dark for long span of time. Dev had a good 6 months from September '22 to Feb '23 but lapse back into darkness since. We'll have to wait and see if build 5 will ever come out. Meanwhile Dev is not asking for money and has no known Patreon/SS/whatever new sub website so it's not like they owe anything.
