A tip for the game: remember to look at the in-game character guide / quest -- They tend to add a couple days before next event; Eg. I completed an event on the 69th day & can only be triggered the next on day 72+. If I then complete the new on on day 75, next one triggers on the 78th or so, etc -- it'd help speed up the gameplay a bit.

Dev says: Next update (0.9) likely to be out sometime in May/June, 2024.

He had surgery for carpal tunnel several months back and was slowed down recovering from that, now his Patreon says he is recovering from a heart attack and triple bypass surgery. He says he still wants to complete it, especially with being so close as it is, but it is up in the air right now. I hope he recovers fully, and if he is up to it, that he goes on to finish it. Stuff like this always seems to happen to the good ones.

Well, that's sad to hear. A speedy recovery to the developer. However, I've noticed that many developers, as soon as the game starts to gain popularity, start to experience health problems... And the release of updates is postponed indefinitely. Is it some kind of curse or a coincidence?

I've been waiting for an update on this one, anyone hear anything from his discord or anywhere else? I know of the health stuff and hope for the best for him, just wondering if there's been any word as it's been months with no word which can either be a good thing or a bad thing. Probably one of my favourite stories and the last cliffhanger was a kick in the nuts lol

That's all the Dev has said on discord this year, hasn't said anything regarding the game so I can't tell you if the game's still on active development or not

Nice, that's better than no news. On his Itch page he said he wants to get it done so that's good enough for me, hopefully the parent situation gets better though.
