I feel an enormous sense of enrichment, like I have experienced a great cultural work with fascinating insights into the human condition.

Not at all, every time I finish something be it a vn a book or a game I just feel a sense of completion.

Only happens if it's a bad or rushed ending.

I write this to share emotions with you and talk, I just finished the last update of Seven Realms, and is another game to add in the list that when I finish the content, I feel like empty, it's like I immerse myself in the story and when I finish it I return to reality and I feel empty, for a few days until it passes, it has happened to me with several (Milf city, Being a Dik among others), Does this happen to anyone else? I would like you to share your feelings and give me some advice on this situation, thank you brothers.
Yes same here, this is the reason why I don't watch series especially if they span over many seasons since I'll end up missing the characters.

At least with games the world feels still more accessible since you can replay the game in different ways, while re-watching a series is just an identical replay

I feel ya. Not even just a porn games. Just games in general get me like that. Like a post-game depression. That longing feeling of wanting more but you know the story is fully complete and there's nothing else left. Sure you can replay it and get different endings or scenarios etc... But it just won't feel the same. I think it's really one of the reasons I'm not good at finishing games as a whole.

It really depends on how hard I cum...

If the ending sucks though, my emotions are mainly pissed off. Multiply that by several billion if it was one I patroned.

Okay, I seem to be in the extreme minority here, but that just hasn't happened to me with an adult game. Have I sometimes wished there was more content to see - sure, but that's about it. *shrug*

To be honest it happens more commonly than I'd like to admit, I tend to be very melancholic and cynical so perhaps its a given for me to dislike bad endings or unsatisfying.

Personally I do enjoy bittersweet endings the most but I won't say no to a good ending either.

I believe it's a pretty common feeling when dropping out of a immersive story. My cure is to immediately start the next game.

I get what you mean. The ending sure can be bittersweet. Sometime it's just emptiness. But also sometime it has come to an end, in a good way. You are satisfied with the ending, becuase it was soo good, and you are pleased with the game. But that's the problem with games you enjoy. You don't want it to end, at least I don't. But I also can't handle when I have to wait for update after update. Is this one of those catch 22? 🤔

Finishing good game, book, show... it leaves you with a fcking hole in your soul untill you find another one that can fill that void. And sometimes that can be really hard.

I recommend changing the media to keep it fresh

Looking forward to more content including pregnancy
If it doesn't have a harem or is a neutral ending, for me it would be a void or disappointment.

Depends on the ending. A "good" ending will leave me feeling positive, and either looking for the next game or waiting for the next update, a "bad" ending, or worse a game that doesn't reach a nice stopping point before ending will leave me a bit empty. A one wank wonder game (assuming I've played one handed) might well leave me with that post-nut clarity, with a side of emptiness and guilt.
