It isn't uncommon for RenPy games to trigger a false positive.
There's no virus in this game as far as I can tell.

Winrar has, for the most part, been stable for me. There's the occasional file that was zipped on a linux distro or with a shaddy "free" zipper program that'll give me an issue though.
7-zip either works or it don't. It doesn't have the usual Windows protocols built into it to trigger all the errors/warnings that Winrar does.
So, on that basis, yes Winrar is infact more prone to errors.

I use Bandizip. I've never encountered any errors ever in years of using it. Its free. I like it better and the other zip programs but thats my personal preference.

On to game talk. I hope you don't go too soft on Maggie's storyline. Her character has been a foreward little slut from day one. I like this about her. Not every character needs to be a good little girl that only wants the MC's dick. Maybe not many would agree, but I would be perfectly happy to see her trick the MC plus Frank into a three way for example.
