That's possible. I mostly noticed this after having sex with the girl and then picking another action for the 2nd round. There were scenes with her crying, then no tears at all... If you creampie her, the next scene doesn't have cum leaking out, but she does after the 2nd round.
Also a few scenes where the MC's penis is out before he says he lowered his pants.

Yep you are 100% correct, definitely some inconsistent images. Maybe some incorrectly placed images as well.

The insconsistency didn't bother me. The quality of animations and storyline overrode any flaws in this. Just keep going.

I'm going to work on quality of life improvements (windowed, performance improvements, better user interactions) for the next few weeks, while i dive a little deeper into getting better/consistent Generations for the next chapter. Once im happy with the game play experience and generation quality/consistency ill start on the next chapter. Theoretically once i get those two issues figured out i should be able to make chapters much quicker.

I suspect @Grimadon is talking about technical debt. The more time you invest in the Unity framework, the more difficult it will be to switch. At a certain point you'd have tinkered with that framework for too long and added too much content to it to make a switch to an objectively better framework unappealing.

If you want, I'd be happy to help, btw. If you have an export of all the text, I could create a template/example of how the code would look in Ren'Py.

Ive got 10+ years playing with Unity and C# code, so its just in my comfort zone. I can usually figure out issue pretty quick.
I also just enjoy programing new aspects (even if its just to copy some aspect of renpy ). I have a lot going on with work, and family and im not currently interested it taking on learning another engine,in the near future anyway.

With that said if youd be interested...

So i was able to get a few fixes in. Game is now windowed, keyboard space to continue and up/down arrows for choice selection. I also think i fixed the high Ram/vram issue. Also removed the debug text off to the side as optional from settings along with an fps counter.

Version 0.125 beta should be live sometime in the next 4 hours. I think ill mod the forums page to show latest version and old version, in case latest breaks something.

Cons: i have an attention span even shorter than my tiny dick. the text speed has to be nearly instant so that I'm not waiting around for letters to appear 1 by 1.

because of the con I only browsed the game with the skip mode on. it has a ton of potential and I love how active the dev is.

I hope you dont burn out tending to all of us whiners
