Think the last time I actively tried to be apart of a community was about the late 2000's but fell out of it. Most online interaction for the most part for me has been toxic and I don't feel the need to expend energy.I can't remember the last time I felt part of a community all trying to achieve a goal like this. As crazy as it is, I haven't been on a forum where everyone is talking positively in a long while. Most of my online interaction now sadly consists of conflict on Reddit. When and what online community was the last that you felt like this?

You're probably right, but I'm, enjoying this moment for what it is.give it time, peoples are still trying to get their Member+
after that, it will be like any other forum.
I load game on to a trs80 with a cassette tape.Dont forget to yell at clouds, too.
I used to be more in the habit of being active on forums, but the super corporate data harvesting shit basically killed my joy for that. Facebook is kind of the dividing line of an age.
I remember using dialup to play MUDs back around 95. I'm ancient haha.
Atleast the SETI at home program was passive, this requires interaction and lots of it.I can't remember the last time I felt part of a community all trying to achieve a goal like this. Honestly I've had generally positive experiences on Reddit, certainly more so than on Facebook which just got so much worse post-2016. IMO the internet as a whole has become a less "fun" place to be on with how much it's consolidated and become primarily a place to do business or be advertised to...I can't remember the last time I felt part of a community all trying to achieve a goal like this.
