I'm not picky when it comes to eye color. but there are definetly moments where they stand out in a good way.

Blonds with blue eyes or red heads with green eyes . If the dev makes the eyes large and almost glowing it's bonus points.

Black hair with blue eyes is always a favorite of mine because of the stark contrast (especially with pale skin).

Yes, for me the most attractive thing about someone is either there hair or there eyes either those 2 are important so yes preferable black hair and red eyes

i think it depends on the skin tone of the charachter like how green eyes look really good on brown skin charachters

They are important. It's not for nothing that they say “the eyes are the window to the soul.” Although they are often overlooked, the eyes give characters personality. Personally, whenever I can customize my character in a game, I give them pink irises.
