Some games have this however and are successful, so that leads me to believe there is an audience for this. I was hoping that if there's a thread with enough support that it may influence a dev or two to knock it off with the bullshit. I was also desperate for lewd coins at the time and had no understanding of how to earn them.

I think the majority of people dislikes the extreme body proportions... However - from what i've been told - the main reason is most likely simply this: It is much easier for the developer to work with models with larger tools.. (specifically the dick) - it makes certain positions much easier to make, more freedom with camera angles, etc..

When it comes to tits/ass on chicks; i'm not sure.. Either personal preference, or because the 'standard' models that they use are just made that way.. and again; it's a lot of extra work to make a new/adjusted model, I am assuming.
