Imo In some cases they might have.
Depends how you look at it, depends on curriculum, how long you have been studying English and such. Native speakers might not pay that much attention to grammar compared to foreigners but it differs.
Even I do grammar mistakes time to time even after studying and speaking English for past 14 years.

I'd say so, typically. There's a lot of rules and unless you actually care about proper grammar, you typically don't care to use it.

Foreign language people probably generally try, because it can sorta give them a better "view" in the eyes of other people.

While there might be exceptions, in general native speakers are going to have better grammar. It's not that hard to pick out the average English as a second language author most of the time. That being said, I do recognize that even with bad grammar, it's a great accomplishment to know a second language.

Those who have practiced English to a higher degree absolutely do. They are taught much more delicately than native speakers, plus they likely care more since it's an actual skill rather than something that's considered "innate". However, the majority do not fall into this category.

English is a horrible language, and yes, they do.

I don’t think so. I think a lot native of people just choose to type improperly. That doesn’t mean their grammar is worse, it just means that they are comfortable with speaking improperly.
