Do you really enjoy female protag games?

I prefer male protagonists.
"Fashion Business," "Anna: Exciting Affection," and "Steps of Debauchery" are exceptions, however.

No. I prefer a regular guy (not super, not super endowed) as MC. Something I can see myself as.

Nah, I need to get immersed in the role of the MC when I play VNs so that doesn't work. Futa protag is no problem though, if it's mostly futa on female content.

Some games seem a little confused and have both male and female protag tags even though the actual MC is only male, but beyond games like that I do not EVER bother even trying games that are female protag. It's just 100% not for me.

Mostly no. Controlling a female to purposely be used over and over by random male npcs while I as the player have to pick the choices does not hit me very well.
A game must be exceptionally good for me to try it.

Hm depends on the game, not in a VN but something like Wild Life female prog isn't bad.

I’ve enjoyed some. Actual Roomates stands out as my female mc game favorite so far. I also like the Thirty Days 'aunt' route so far.

It is about having a good story with character development. If the story is good, I dont mind whatever gender the mc is.

Just not into guy on guy stuff, so whether the women are LI or MC is okay.

If there's corruption involved (MC or otherwise) and it's written half-decently then yes, but the more vanilla it is the less interest I tend to have in it.

I almost never like these games. Most of the time, if I REALLY like the art, I'll just download the game + fullsave and check out the gallery / recollection room.
The only exception I can think of is Magical Girl Celesphonia, which I liked so much that I played it 3 or 4 times (all on virgin runs).
Speaking of MGC, does anyone know of any games with similar mechanics of instantly killing an enemy when attacking him from behind at overlevel? I really enjoyed leveling like that) First you work for the grind, and then the grind works for you :) .

Really depends on the character and side-characters, but generally no. Something like Sin Heels seemed like a thing I would enjoy theme-wise, so I gave it a shot despite the female protag, but gave up cause I just couldn't get into the mindset of seducing men.

No, I prefer a male identification figure.

some i dont mind. I have played GirlLife, and tried to see how long i can last without succumbing to temptation....

That is pretty much a skip it tag for me. I have played a couple dumb koala games with a female protag but I feel like I'm watching a show rather than in The game

Definitely a skip it tag for me. I like many others put my self in the shoes of the MC when reading really any story book or VN.

I like them but there aren't too many well written ones from a female perspective. My favorite option is a game where you get to choose and can play through as either and dialogue and such are noticeably difference. Hard to find, but some exist.

Sure, but it depends on the content. If it is a game where the point is just to get killed or raped over and over then no. I hate that and don't see the appeal. Wouldn't be any better if I was playing a male either..
If it is a sex game like any other, then I like it as much as any other. Bonus if it a bisexual game and not exclusively hetero with ugly men.

Naaah. Male protagonist is always better. One reason: immersion.

Instead of accompanying many girls, you accompany one, it's an interesting difference sometimes, a fresh situation.

Yeah, it offers a completely different perspective, and you can throw the characters into all sorts of situations
