No, its kinda cucking... Maybe it can be good if we can play from MILF's POV while she grooming her "tenant" and ONLY him. Unfortunately i don't know good game with this approach.

There's been very few times Ive enjoyed a female Protag. But not unheard of

Haven't really done any all the way through. In the midst of one where you can choose MD/FeMC, Bad Memories, and the FeMC route actually seems creepier than the MC route. The only other has a "meanwhile" kind of thing going on, Desert Stalker, where you follow a female character and play her decisions while she's on a mission that determines whether or not she survives and returns, along with a small amount of driving her decisions upon her return. There may be more of this in the future due to her role, but it's more like "secondary protagonist" rather than a true FeMC role.

I have a few on the list to try, but so far my first experience taking that route in an alternate version of the VN is kind of luke warm at best.

I don't enjoy many female protagonist games because they're usually just the protagonist getting assaulted over and over

I also usually play the male mc games, but Project Myriam and Village Slut Transformation (early, but promising so far) are both exceptions.

Probably my favourite H-games are the ones with female protag and that have tags like corruption, prostitution, etc.
But I usually skip lesbian and futa-trans stuff, don't care/enjoy that much about it

I've never fully played through a female protagonist game, but I've also never seen the appeal for myself because it doesn't make sense for me to self insert because I don't see myself that way. The closest I've got to doing that would be when I making decisions as a female LI or other important character in a game, or maybe controlling the actions of what the female LI is doing to the MC.

Even in normal games I'm a guy if there's a choice, I have to involve myself personally as the protagonist

Some of the best(GGGB, Project Myriam) - and some of the worst(A Wife and Mother, Jessica O'Neil's Hard News) - are female protag. Not sure where devs got the idea to make female protag games blueball no sex snoozefests.
