And if you want upload translations you can create a game request with your game and translation and done
if you are a uploader you are make also game requests and a mod give you approval ...the difference is that you see as uploader a jr uploader queue or as full uploader a uploader queue... you can say, that you as uploader work on reports and fulfill other game requests...
